| Cancellation Fee | $85.00 | per team | from April 26, 2024 until May 4, 2024 | Notwithstanding this fee, teams will always have seven days from when they register in which to cancel without penalty. Please add the optional fee of $16 per pizza if you would like to order food for lunch. |
You will be expected to pay full fee if you cancel with less than 7 days remaining until the tournament.
- Optional $16 per Pizza fee should be confirmed if ordering with a note or email to Charpa@ctemc.org. You may pay separately or in one total check.
This tournament has a minimum fee of $85.00 per team.
Each team’s roster is limited to six players.
Teams’ rosters must be finalized by Friday, May 3, 2024.
